Advent International completed their acquisition of Sauer Brands this week. E. Yuri Hermida joins as CEO on March 12.

Yuri spent the last few years running growth and strategy at Constellation Brands. Before that, he was President at Sovos Brands and ran the North American business at Reckitt. He's built brands at scale and knows what it takes to grow them without losing what makes them matter.

Todd Lachman joins as Board Chair. He brings decades of consumer packaged goods experience and will work alongside Yuri and the leadership team.

We're 138 years into this. The focus stays the same: make products that earn their place at the table, support the people doing the work, and get Duke's, Kernel Season's, Mateo's, and Spice Hunter into more kitchens. We've got the backing, the team, and the plan to do it.
