Spicy Canadian Steak Marinade
- 1 lb. meat
- ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Sauer's Canadian Style Steak Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large zip-top bag.
2. Add meat and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, turning meat half way through.
3. Remove meat from marinade; discard remaining marinade or use for basting during first half of cooking.
4. Grill, bake or broil as desired.
