Ingredients

  • 12 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, 1 with seeds and 1 without seeds, minced
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ medium red onion, diced fine
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ tsp. chipotle powder
  • ¼ tsp. Sauer's Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. sugar
  • ⅛ tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped fine

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients – except cilantro – in a medium bowl.

2. Cover and chill for 4-6 hours.

3. Just before serving, add the chopped cilantro. Toss to combine.
